Looking for lines in pleasant places…

  • Ode to Dishes

My cold hands warmed again each time

All filled with suds of sweet soap puffs

The water still removes the grime

This baptism swirls, new life rebuffs

Each plate a chance to praise for meat

Each fork a chance to thank for souls

Each pile a story of meals sweet

Around a table full of goals

While sharing thoughts and all our wishes

Oh, how I love a sink of dishes!
